Buxton

The picturesque Cape Hatteras Light House shines over the little town of Buxton. Like its neighbors to the north and south, Buxton is a great place for watersports, fishing, shopping, and dining, but the wider-set land on this island also leaves room for the Buxton Woods- which are home to all manner of wildlife. You can hike through the towering trees and pop out at the beach on the other side.
