He has over 26 years experience fishing the Outer Banks Gulfstream waters. Rigged Up is a 54' Custom Carolina built by Omie Tillet. She cruises at 27 knots and offers a fully air conditioned and heated cabin, plush seating, newly redecorated interior with 32" flat screen, Sirius satellite radio with surround sound, microwave and coffee pot.
